About me

Michal Dabrowka

Experienced UK and European Patent Attorney specialising in Chemistry and Pharma

Previously with: J A Kemp LLP, Potter Clarkson LLP

Before founding MD IP in Poland, I spent 12 years in the UK, including nearly 7 years at two of Europe’s top-tier patent firms.

My practice spans the full spectrum of chemistry, with particular expertise in agrochemicals, animal feed enzymes, fluorocarbons, foodstuffs, fat compositions, fuel additives and pharmaceuticals. I have also handled cases in more specialised fields, such as computational biochemistry, nanomedicine and mass spectrometry.

In addition to a proven track record in securing grants of chemical cases before the EPO, UK IPO, and globally, I have substantial experience in contentious EPO proceedings, including conducting oral hearings before both the Opposition Divisions and the Boards of Appeal.
