Strong September for MD IP

September brought two further developments for MD IP.

MD IP had the pleasure of representing patent proprietor Adamed Pharma in oral proceedings before the Opposition Division of the European Patent Office, resulting in the patent being maintained essentially as granted.

The case was handled in close cooperation with Adamed’s patent attorneys, Barbara Stencel and Maciej Stodulski, whose specialist pharmaceutical expertise and technical input played an important role in securing the successful outcome.

September also saw MD IP welcome another US client, bringing the number of US clients represented by the firm to two and further extending the international reach of its patent practice.

Together, these developments mark further important steps in the growth of MD IP’s international patent practice.
